TR Series Refrigerated Air Dryer

After startup, the refrigerant is compressed from the original low temperature and low pressure state into high temperature and high pressure vapor.

If it is necessary to use in corrosive gas environment, copper tube dryers or stainless steel heat exchanger dryers should be selected. It should be used at ambient temperature below 40℃.

The inlet of compressed air should not be connected incorrectly. In order to facilitate maintenance, bypass pipes should be set up to ensure maintenance space. To prevent the vibration of the air compressor to the dryer. Piping weight should not be added directly to the dryer.

Drain pipes should not stand up, or be broken or flattened.

The power supply voltage is allowed to fluctuate less than ±10%. Appropriate capacity leakage circuit breaker should be set up. It must be grounded before use.

When the inlet temperature of compressed air is too high, the ambient temperature is too high (above 40℃), the flow rate exceeds the rated air volume, the voltage fluctuation exceeds ±10%, and the ventilation is too poor (ventilation should also be taken in winter, otherwise the room temperature will rise), the protection circuit will play a role, the indicator light is off, and the operation will stop.

When the air pressure is higher than 0.15mpa, the drain port of normally open automatic drainer can be closed. The displacement of the air compressor is too small, the drainage port is in the open state, and air is blown out.

Product Features
