Advantages

First, the length to diameter ratio of the adsorption cylinder of the modular drying machine is large. Compressed air and adsorbent contact uniform enough, adsorbent utilization efficiency is high;

Second, ultra-high linear speed of empty tower. According to the adsorption kinetics theory and the actual test, the higher the line velocity of the empty column, the faster the mass transfer velocity, the better the dew point of the same contact time;

Third, shorten the switching cycle. The cycle of the modular drying machine is generally 4-6 minutes, while the cycle of the traditional twin-tower non-thermal drying machine is 10 minutes. The shorter the period is, the less water component is actually absorbed, and the drier compressed air is obtained.

Fourth, improve the regeneration gas, get better regeneration effect. In order to achieve better performance in shorter contact time, the modular drying machine needs more regeneration than the twin tower no heat drying machine to achieve better regeneration effect.
