Short Description:

The working principle of cooling and dew condensation is adopted, which is mainly composed of heat exchange system, refrigeration system and electrical control system. Compressed air first enters the pre-cooler for gas-gas or gas-water heat exchange, removing part of the heat energy, and then enters the cold and hot air exchanger, and has been cooled from the evaporator to the pressure dew point for heat exchange, so that the temperature of compressed air is further reduced. After that, the compressed air enters the evaporator and conducts heat exchange with the refrigerant. The temperature of the compressed air drops to 0-8℃. The moisture in the air is separated out at this temperature and discharged through the automatic drainer after being separated by the gas-water separator.

Attention

1. The flow pressure and temperature of compressed air should be within the allowable range of the nameplate;

2. The installation site should be ventilated, less dust, there is enough heat dissipation and maintenance space around the machine and can not be installed outdoors, to avoid rain and direct sunlight;

3. Cold drying machine is generally allowed without foundation installation, but the ground must be leveled;

4. Should be as close to the user point as possible to avoid too long pipeline;

5. There should be no detectable corrosive gas in the surrounding environment, especially pay attention to not coexist with ammonia refrigeration equipment in the same room;

6. The filter precision of the pre-filter of the cold drying machine should be appropriate, too high precision is not necessary for the cold drying machine;

7. The cooling water inlet and outlet pipe should be set independently, especially the outlet pipe can not be shared with other water cooling equipment, to avoid pressure difference caused by blocked drainage;

8. At any time to keep the automatic drainer drainage smooth;

9. Do not start the cold drying machine continuously;

10. Cold drying machine actual processing of compressed air parameters, especially the inlet temperature, working pressure and rating does not conform, according to the sample provided by the "correction coefficient" for correction, in order to avoid overload operation.
