The working principle of the refrigeration dryer

The refrigeration system of the refrigeration dryer belongs to the compression refrigeration, which is composed of four basic components such as the refrigeration compressor, condenser, heat exchanger, and expansion valve. They are connected in turn with pipes to form a closed system, the refrigerant in the system continues to circulate and flow, state changes and heat exchange with compressed air and cooling medium, the refrigeration compressor will be the low pressure (low temperature) refrigerant in the heat exchanger into the compressor cylinder, the refrigerant steam is compressed, the pressure and temperature rise at the same time; The high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant vapor is pressed to the condenser, in the condenser, the higher temperature refrigerant steam and the cooling water or air with a relatively low temperature are heat exchanged, the heat of the refrigerant is taken away by the water or air and condensed, and the refrigerant vapor becomes a liquid. This part of the liquid is then transported to the expansion valve, through which it is throttled into a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid and enters the heat exchanger; In the heat exchanger, the low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant absorbs the heat of the high-temperature, high-pressure compressed air, and the temperature of the compressed air is forcibly reduced while maintaining the same pressure, resulting in a large amount of supersaturated water vapor. The refrigerant vapor in the heat exchanger is sucked away by the compressor, so that the refrigerant goes through four processes of compression, condensation, throttling and evaporation in the system, thus completing a cycle.
